Rolled out of a lazy thanksgiving afternoon for a hike in the woods behind my in laws place in mashpee on cape cod. It’s always great to get outside in the woods. I’ve always known it felt good but now it’s been proven scientifically to improve your mood, relax you, increase creativity, and a bunch of other good stuff including help fight diabetes and other serious diseases by boosting the hormone adiponectin. Also reduces stress, anger, and other bad stuff.
Plus it’s exercise! So get out there and walk in the woods, even for five minutes and you’ll feel better and do yourself good.
