Whitewater Rafting In Wisconsin

Going whitewater rafting on the Peshtigo river in Wisconsin this weekend – how crazy is that?  Who knew?  We’ll see if it’s any good.  Ride lasts about an hour, up to class IV, apparently it is pretty consistently rough, no resting.  Full wetsuits, but they say you’re sweating by the end from the exertion.  sounds like my kind of trip.  We’ll be running it twice on Saturday with 30+ folks from church, and then I stay up there and the leaders of church come on Monday and I do it twice again with them.  Supoosed to be a very cool place with the cabins right on the river.  Will be great to get out of the city, I’m really looking forward to it.
